Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service. Our payment options include debit cards, major credit cards*, cash, and checks. We also accept CareCredit, Scratchpay & Afterpay as additional financing options. The hospital does NOT offer payment plans. See below for more information about our accepted payment methods!

*Credit card transactions will incur a processing fee of 3.25%. 

CareCredit

The CareCredit health, wellness and personal care credit card gives you a convenient and flexible way to pay for your pet’s care, as well as care for the whole family! With your CareCredit card, you can pay for out-of-pocket veterinary expenses or even personal medical care that isn’t covered by your insurance. You can choose 6 months promotional financing when you pay for qualifying purchases of $200 or more with your card. Purchases of $1000 or more are eligible for longer promotional periods, including 24, 36 or even 48 months.

Payment Option - CareCredit

ScratchPay

Scratchpay provides simple and friendly payment plans for medical financing. Clients can use a Scratch Plan to finance services at our practice. There is no hard credit check to see which plan you qualify for! Clients have the choice between a Bi-weekly plan, 12 month plan, or 24 month plan and can be used for initial care, preventative care, and even emergency treatment.

Afterpay

Afterpay allows customers to purchase items and pay for them over time. It works by splitting payments into four equal installments, with the first payment made at the time of purchase and the remaining three payments withdrawn every two weeks from the customer’s linked debit or credit card. Afterpay also offers monthly payment options for more expensive purchases.
